Studio Milla Italy is a small company in Ostuni. We only ask for the details we need to answer you and we keep them for as long as the conversation is useful.

What we collect
Through the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, any phone number and dates you add, your message and the language you were reading in. Nothing else is collected and the site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
The details are used to reply to your enquiry, to plan a journey, a stay or property management with you and to keep a record of what was agreed. We never sell them and we never add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who can see it
Milla reads every enquiry. Suppliers such as a driver, a cook or a guide are told only what they need in order to deliver the service you booked. Enquiries are stored with our website and email providers inside the European Union.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within two years. Details tied to a booking are kept as long as Italian bookkeeping rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold, or ask us to stop using them. Write to contact@studiomillaitaly.com and we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
